We are moms, but first and foremost we are experts in our field, qualified to provide you with safe and effective training from pre-conception and beyond. We’ve experienced the lack of guidance and fears around exercise during pregnancy. We’ve felt the challenges of postpartum recovery and getting back to fitness while caring for a baby. We also strive to be our best and achieve fitness while balancing the demands of motherhood.
