Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of unsaturated fatty acid that may reduce inflammation throughout the body. Inflammation can damage your blood vessels and cause heart disease or stroke. This Dijon Salmon recipe is one of the easiest I've ever made!
6 oz. raw salmon
1-2 Tbs. dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place salmon on foil covered baking sheet or dish.
Spread mustard on salmon (optional to add pepper-no salt needed).
Bake for 30 minutes or until it flakes.
