H.A.B.I.T (hips, abs, butt, inner thigh)

Have you made fitness progress since having a baby, but feel like you're not quite where you want to be yet? Or maybe you've reached your goal, but are looking for a targeted toning class? This program is for you.

H.A.B.I.T stands for Hips, Abs, Butt, Inner Thigh. H.A.B.I.T stands for Hips, Abs, Butt, Inner Thigh. That will be our focus, but each 45-minute session will provide a full body workout using body weight exercise, Pilates and resistance training. **No previous exercise experience necessary.

Upcoming groups

  • Thursdays 9/7-10/26, (no class 9/21) from 12:15-1 pm at Hall-Mercer Center of Pennsylvania Hospital, 245 South 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. You will join a group of 3-6 moms. $20 drop ins (registration still required) or $119 for 7 sessions.
  • Thursdays 11/2-12/21, 8 weeks (no class Thanksgiving) from 12:15-1 pm at Hall-Mercer Center of Pennsylvania Hospital, 245 South 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. You will join a group of 3-6 moms. $20 drop ins (registration still required) or $119 for 7 sessions.
