Exercise classes provide you with an opportunity to be physically active with others. Through a variety of exercises, my classes provide a fun and motivating environment. The workouts are designed for you to improve your cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness, with a focus on core strength. As a unique feature, all classes are held at child-friendly locations so that you can bring your children and enjoy a guilt-free workout.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Plus Core|50-60 minutes
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great workout for busy moms looking to take their fitness to the next level. You will feel challenged like never before using periods of high intensity exercises alternated with lower intensity recovery exercises. In this class you'll improve strength and cardio fitness, with an emphasis on core. If you're ready to be challenged and burn more calories than traditional endurance workouts, this class is for you.
Fitness level: I can modify the exercises to meet the needs of all fitness levels. It is not appropriate for early postpartum moms that have not focused on rebuilding core strength (consider Stronger After Pregnancy training or Personal training). If you experience pain with squat lunges, this is not the best format for you.
Typical class structure: We use athletic drills and body weight exercises. We start with a warm-up, move into intervals, incorporate core training and then end with a cool-down. I design all workouts based on interval training research. Each month the interval format will change so that your body can continue to adapt and be challenged-exercises vary weekly.
