This class is not a mommy-baby exercise class, but you are more than welcome to bring your baby and feed, snuggle and change diapers as needed. Will you be bringing your baby to class with you?

According to the ACOG, if you had a healthy pregnancy and a normal vaginal delivery, it is usually safe to begin exercising a few days after giving birth—or as soon as you feel ready. If you had a cesarean delivery or other complications, they recommend checking with your health care provider to see when it is safe to begin exercising again. I recommend that all postpartum moms check with their health care provider before participating in the Stronger After Pregnancy program. Please indicate whether you have been cleared to exercise after giving birth.
